The face, the whole face, and nothing but the face !
Continuing on from recent posts relating to portraits here are some additional portraits which are nothing but the face.
Trying to remove any other distractions from the image apart from the subjects features. Some may feel that with out eye contact one of the images does not work, but do you really need eye contact for the image to work. I feel this image captures the moment, showing the subject lost in thought.

The Two Face’s of Photography.
When everything is just working as it should and what you saw in your minds eye is coming to life on the back of the camera that is the happy side of Photography. All the little issues just disappear as if they never existed……
But then we have a day when sometimes no matter how hard you try there is one little problem that you can not solve and what you see on the rear of your camera does not match your expectations of the planned shot. Do we give up and try another shot….. I think not those little moment drive you on to figure out the issue and ensure that particular roadblock can be driven through at a hundred miles an hour next time you come across it.
